4th Grade Newsletter: 9/2
Happy Friday, Families!
Wow—what a Spirit Day!! We loved seeing the excitement and energy at school! It was great getting the opportunity to team-build with our housemates and check in with house leaders to see how the year is going for each of our students.
Please see below for important reminders and information on the week ahead.
Quick Reminders:
-September 5: Labor Day
No school!
-September 6: Picture Day (students wear SSA)
On Picture Day, students need to wear SSA. Friendly reminder, PPE athletic shorts and skorts are to be worn on Fridays; PPE shirts can be worn any day with SSA bottoms!
-September 6: Progress Reports Sent Home
Progress Reports contain very few grades, so one lower grade will significantly impact the average. Please do not worry if your child’s grade looks low on the progress report! If this was due to one or two lower grades, we will have time to retake, add new grades to the average, and likely see a much higher score by the end of the quarter.
-September 9: Family Picnic
-September 12: Tiger Cup
What 4th Graders Are Learning Next Week:
