Math: Measuring Length, Liquid Volume, and Weight

Skills:
– Measure lengths using rulers marked with halves and fourths of an inch to generate data for making a line plot.
– Measure and estimate weights and liquid volumes of objects.
– Solve problems involving the four operations and measurement contexts.

Social Studies: Interactions Between the American Indians and the Colonists

Skills:
– Gather information from a variety of sources.
– Critically examine a primary or secondary source.

Science: Magnets
– Recognize that energy is present when objects move; describe the effects of energy transfer from one object to another.
