• What two measurement systems have you learned about in math? Which system do we use in the United States? What are some measurement units in the customary system? What are some measurement units in the metric system?
• What is one thing you learned from our guest speaker, Abraham Lincoln?

Students should be bringing the yellow Read-a-thon folder back and forth each day during Read-a-thon.

To encourage a deeper engagement with reading during Read-a-thon, we’ve decided to lighten the homework load. Aside from practicing their spelling words, students won’t have any additional homework assignments. Instead, we encourage them to dedicate their extra time to reading.
