Wow! The weeks are really flying by! This week was another fantastic week of learning and growing for our third-grade crew! Next week we have a lot to look forward to!

Math-We will continue our deep dive into polygons with a focus on classifying quadrilaterals. We will continue our daily spiral to reinforce previously learned skills.

ELA- We are digging into a new mentor text, an informational story called “Ocean Sunlight: How Tiny Plants Feed the Sea.” Through this book we will work through several standards and skills including identifying text features, using context clues to identify unknown words, asking and answering questions related to a text, the ocean food chain, and understanding the central message or “big idea” of a text.”

Science- We will be diving into the different states of matter!
