1st Grade News: 4/5
April 8: Our students will be going outside on Monday afternoon, April 8th for the solar eclipse. The district has purchased sunglasses for our students so they can safely view and participate in this experience. We are expecting the partial eclipse to begin at 12:45 PM, maximum eclipse to begin at 2:03 PM, and the partial eclipse ends at 3:20 PM. We plan to be outside as a school a few minutes prior to and after the maximum eclipse. We will adjust recess times to before and after the partial eclipse on Monday or have indoor recess. We will not be accommodating visitors during the eclipse.
