1st Grade Newsletter: 12/13/2024
There will be no homework or spelling words for the week of December 16.
Students are encouraged to continue to read daily and continue to read
throughout Winter break.
Dates to remember…
- December 16: Wildlife on Wheels classroom visit from Nashville Zoo/Cost is $5.00 per student. Please pay at schoolcashonline.com.
- December 18: Red Day! Wear red in honor of the American Heart Association
- December 19: Grinch Green Day! Wear green for the Grinch!
- December 20: Half Day of school with dismissal at 11:30am/Holiday Parties/Pajama Day!/Come wearing your favorite pajamas!
- January 8: Students return to school.
- January 20: No school/Martin Luther King, Jr. Day
- January 30: Field Trip to the Fisher Center of the Performing Arts to see Aesop’s Fables/More information will be sent home later.
- January 31: Navigator Day
