2nd Grade Newsletter: 03/21/2025

Ask your 2nd Grader:

  • How is an autobiography different from a biography?
  • How does the SCAPE (Setting, Characters, Action, Problem, and End) strategy help you write a narrative? 
  • Can you put the adjectives joyful, ecstatic, and happy in order from least strong to strongest? 
  • What is an array? What is the difference between a row and a column?
  • Where did “The Star-Spangled Banner” originate? What do the lyrics mean?
  • What are national symbols? Why are they important? Can you name some that you’ve learned about this week?
