Hello Families!

Hard to believe it, but we are winding down quarter one! With only two more weeks until Fall Break, we have been moving swiftly.

ELA– We’ll be working on nonfiction text features, and understanding the difference between facts, definitions, and details, using those in a written paragraph about how we are able to protect ourselves from sharks.

Math– We are wrapping up our initial unit on multiplication and division and moving towards geometry. We will continue to send home math facts, for homework to encourage fact fluency.

Science– Magnets and forces!
