Cinco de Mayo Celebration!!!

We made it to May and that means it is time to celebrate! Next Wednesday, May 5, Percy Priest students will have a 5 de mayo celebration at school! We will have Música Latina playing during lunch.

The café will serve Pepper Jack Cheese Enchiladas and Fiesta Corn, ? and all students will be served chips and salsa regardless of whether or not they get lunch from the Tiger Café. Students are allowed to wear traditional Latino outfits.

Students may wear traditional Mexican clothing such as festive or brightly colored skirts or dresses, ponchos, Mexican shirts, Mexican soccer jerseys and sombreros. Students who choose to not dress up must wear standard school attire. If they are wearing standard school attire, I have encouraged them to wear the colors of the Mexican flag: red, white, or green! ??
